IP Address Change

I have a windows network with a 2 DCs and a Truenas for file share. Users use the name of the server to access the share TWNAS with a Static IP of 10.10.10.102.
I need to change the IP of the NAS because I need that a address for something that has to have that address.

Question. If I change that NAS IP will it automatically update to my DNS server like windows machines or does it require extra steps?

No, TrueNAS doesn't have any mechanism to automatically update your DNS server.
