IOMMU group is not viable using pci passthrough for GPU in 1st or 2nd pice slot

Hello All,
When I try to passthrough my 3060 to a VM on my machine I get the below error even though I am passing through both PCI devices for the card like I did with a 1080 in the same system.
"PCI device does not have a reset mechanism defined and you may experience inconsistent/degraded behavior when starting/stopping the VM."
I am trying to passthrough 01:00.0)pci_0000_01_00_0) and 01:00.1 (pci_0000_01_00_1) which is what is listed in LSPCI.
I did set it to be an isolated gpu in settings first, then reboot and add to the vm and got that error.
When I try to start the VM after saying okay to that error I am getting this error:

The two that I passed through are the only two in that grouping.

The GPU is not detaching for the OS for some reason. The closest I could find was this (seeing that Scale is essentially Debian). A blind what-if-it-works easy step to try is to select the CoffeLake iGPU as the main system GPU in BIOS, if you can, instead of the PCIe GPU.

Regardless of what TrueNAS uses, maybe the KVM graphics driver is set to not take control of the primary graphics adapter that is configured in BIOS. I think it is worth a shot boot into BIOS and take a look. Many systems never use the BIOS value for current display output adapter, but switch to the first one that reports that a monitor is/was connected.
