Iocage permissions

I have transmission and couchpotato working correctly with each other except the fact that couchpotato copies the completed movie downloads instead of moving them as I have told it to do. What permissions need to be set on my data sets for this work correctly? Could this also be due to the face my downloads happen on a different pool? I have 2 zpools 2xssd (JailsSSD) for jails and downloads and another 6xhdd (Tank) for storage with approptiqte data sets created and all permissions are set to nobody nogroup 777.

Believe it or not yes I was. By removing my manually created jails and using the plugin system everything appears to working correctly with each other.
