Installing to a RAID1 Array

Apologies if there's already a thread on this. I searched but found nothing.

As the title says, I'd like to install FreeNAS to a RAID1 array (or perhaps several arrays, depending on how the drive is partitioned). I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Is it possible?

You would need a hardware raid controller to do this. If you have one, configure it for RAID1 and then do your install.
