Installing NextCloud Plugin Brings Network Down

I'm currently running TrueNAS 12.0 with my network configured as a link aggregation (2 onboard 1Gb) using active-backup. Whenever I try to install the NextCloud plugin (or any plugin) and set it for DHCP, it brings my network down long enough to log me out of the GUI, but eventually stabilizes. I also noticed that whenever I start or stop the jail it does the same thing. Is this normal? Apologies as I am new to running this system and don't have much experience with BSD (mostly Linux), so I'm trying to learn the differences as I go. I wasn't sure if I had something misconfigured with the lagg or what could be going on. I'd appreciate any help or guidance.
