Install from USB to HardDrive?

How can i install FreeNas 8 from an USB-Stick to an Partition on an harddrive?

I used the dd method to install FreeNas to an USB-Stick, but i haven't seen an option to install from that to an internal partition on an harddrive.

I don't want a usb-stick pluged in...
And my system hasn't a cdrom drive.

Any ideas?
