Inheriting Permissions for new users

Dear Community

I created on my TrueNAS a new user and set all the permissions which are on the existing users. When user logs in under Windows, the user is not able to see existing folders. I need to add this user manually to each folder, so it gets updated and user can see folder and the files in it.

Why is TrueNAS not adding the user automatically to existing folders and files ? How to update existing folders and files, is there a setting I might have overseen ?

TrueNAS-12.0-U8, Windows 10 Pro 21H2
