Infinite plugin installation

I want to install the official Next cloud plugin, all default settings, NAT network type. I start the installation and the window 20% Initial Validation complete is always shown. If you wait an hour, nothing changes, just 20%. TrueNAS is installed in Virtualbox based on the Windows host system. How do I find out what caused the error?

Any ideas? How can I view the logs and details of the plugin installation? How can I install it via the cli?
