I was trying to perform some cleanup of old jails etc when I tried to delete an associated mount/dataset to the removed jail via the GUI. Everything was going fine until I managed to delete the mount for the main SMB share on the NAS.

FreeNAS happily executed the change and removed the mount. Is there a method to recover from this user error? I had the drive mounted from the computer I performed the change on and thankfully that machine has retained access to the data. I have disabled the nightly scrub and begun to copy the old critical data (read photos, music library etc) off the now "dead" share.

I hope someone can point me in the correct direction here.

well its amazing what a quick break does...I had set it up such a long time ago that I didnt actually delete my dataset, just the share...a quick reshare and we are back in business.
