Hey, this problem probably isnt related to TrueNAS but when trying to boot to the installer usb for TrueNAS i get this error:

I am using the Gigabyte x58a-ud3r (rev 2.0) motherboard currently. I used balenaEtcher to install the iso onto the usb. If anyone knows how to fix this error so i can install the os please reply

I suspect the installer may not have been correctly written to the flash drive. It's a surprisingly tricky process for some applications...
I think the manual for FreeNAS 11.3 has a few suggestions for methods that are known to work well.

I have tried using the USB drive on my main computer with a much more modern motherboard and it boots off of it with no problem. Im confused why this pc (x58a-ud3r) wont boot off of the same drive. Ive seen other people able to use TrueNAS with this motherboard so its probably a bios option i have to change. I have already tried some options and reset the cmos but im still missing something.

The BIOS boot sector may have been written incorrectly, which would not affect UEFI.
