Hello,
I flashed TrueNAS to USB 3.0 stick using Rufus and also BalenaEtcher. I then booted the target PC with this stick, it boots well to the point where it is ready to Install TrueNAS.
After I press Enter to continue, it fails with panic and crash: I see this in beginning:
loading configuration modules...
can't find /etc/entropy
can't find openzfs
can't find /etc/hostid
...
...
panic: ram_attach: resource 3 failed to attach
...
(see attached pic)
main board is old: main board: GA-E7AUM-DS2H Rev. 1001 it has USB 1.1/2.0
RAM is only 4 GB (I have ordered 4GB more from newegg, it is just painfully slow).
I read some comments saying it has to be ver 2.0 USB, so I also used USB 2.0 stick to install but it fails with same error.
I am unable to paste err log here due to they being on console of the machine( trying to get some console server).
Can anyone advice please?
Thank you.
Rajeev
