HP Pro 3400 into FreeNAS setup

Hey everyone, having an issue installing on this setup. I am trying to just boot into the USB FreeNAS device but keep getting an error. Can anyone help me out here. I am beyond confused at this point. I have been doing this for hours now and have tried 3 other USB devices.

This problem has been solved. For unknown reasons the desktop I used to make the bootable USB was some how not writing any of the devices correctly. I transferred the files to another desktop and it is now working perfectly. I am currently installing FreeNAS. If anyone else has a similar issue just use a different PC to install the bootable drive. Makes no sense but hey its working now somehow.
