How will I update plugins?

I'm pretty new to FreeNAS, running 9.3 and so far loving most of it. One question: I've installed the Subsonic 5.2 plugin and the Subsonic developers have already announced they're fixing some critical bugs in 5.2.1.

So when the next version of Subsonic will be available, how am I supposed to update the plugin / jail? Will this be an easy process in the FreeNAS Web GUI? Or do I have to ssh into the jail and do it manually?
