How to move files with unix in jail

I need to move my tv shows from /mnt/tank/Media_Backup

to

/mnt/tank/jails/sabnzbd_1/mnt/media/videos

is there an easy way to do that in the shell? loathe to do it in windows...

Use mv -r source destination should work for you

The -r flag shouldn't be necessary on mv--if you mv a directory, it brings any subdirectories with it.

Why would you move things to somewhere INSIDE a jail? You should be mounting your shared dataset from the jail and using that for your storage.

You should simply add storage to the jail via the jail menu in freenas. That mounts the folder you need in your jail
