How to insert %U in path on smb4.conf

How to insert %U in path on smb4.conf ?
If %U is inserted in path of WebGUI to CIFS, a setup will disappear from smb4.conf.
But, If /etc/local/smb4.conf is edited directly, whenever it carries out operation of a user's addition etc., %U will disappear.

What is the specific problem that you are trying to solve by inserting %U manually in the smb4.conf file?

I use the Strawberry(http://www.flavoursys.com/products/strawberry/).
It needs two the mount point using %U.
Because, it cannot set up by a home directory.
