how to get plex working again

my plex stopped working how do I get it working again I tried to restart it but it will not start also my nextcloud dose not work it is on but I can't access it

how can I get the working again and I do not see any errors

Try restarting the jails.

in jail it says it is running and I tried to restart it in jails and it will restart when I go to plugins it will not start and I do not know why it stopped working
