Get PBI error trying to update Plex Plugin to 1.1.4.2757

I had to swap out a usb drive my boot partition was failing. Don't know , if this caused the error. Every time I try and updated plex plugin it crashes at 50%. PBI Error. I have to restart jail to get it working again. Should I create a new plex plugin and delete the stuck one? Or can someone tell me how to manually get past this updated? Thanks. in advance.

I would backup /var/db/plexdata you can always restore this to a fresh plugin install and plex would have it's previous setup.

you can then try uploading the desired PBI file to the jail on the jails tab. I have heard it works, and might work more reliably then the PBI upgrade process.
