I am new here, we are working on testing restore Qnap file to truenas.
We currently using Qnap as our main file server, and Wasabi as cloud backup server. We sync file to wasabi with Qnap client side encryption.
We are trying to restore the data from wasabi to Truenas.
I tried to pull the data back directly from Wasabi, it works, but the file is still encrypted.
and I tried to put the decryption key, it cannot retrieve the file data from cloud.
I believe the issue is the different encryption and decryption method they are using.
is there any other way we can directly restore the data with decryption?
