How to configure both static IPv4 and IPv6 addresses on a network interface

I am on the way of ramping up TrueNAS Core installation. Not seeing an option of netmask longer than 32 bits from TrueNAS UI, is system console the only way to configure both static IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for an interface?

You enter something that syntactically resembles an IPv6 address and the selection permits prefix lengths all the way up to 128.
