how to change the filesystem of '/' to be a 'wr' filesystem instead of readonly

Once I compiled the freenas to an iso,but I found the installed system's filesystem is read-only . now I can't do any change on the web-gui because of the read-only filesystem.I thought maybe I can do the change on the web-gui before complie,so what should I do with the command line of "sh build/do_build.sh" ? I'll thank you.
