How do I interpret these disk busy graphs?

These three disks are identical and form a RAID-Z pool. The pool is not accessed at the moment. The activity LEDs don't show anything.
What does the 10f 20f... scale mean? And what is a total of "85p"?

Which FreeNAS version?
Notes that the axis for these graphs are much clearer in the upcoming 11.3.

It's an older install, 11.1-U4. I was going through the reports to check if everything is OK before upgrading. The pool is working fine.
By the way, is it recommended to update to the latest 11.1 before upgrading to 11.2?
