Output of camcontrol devlist? Smart output for all disks? Looks like you just have some failed disks.

Currently you only have 5 drives attached. What version of freenas do you have and what are your full hardware specs?

Well from the information you have provided I think you just had your drives fail. To prevent this you need to run smart tests and have email alerts setup.

This system was neglected and that is why it's dead.

Do you have smart data output like I asked for?
smartctl -a /dev/ada1 for example? Also do 2-5.

raidz2 3 disk fail only 3 are working properly
If those three disks have truly failed, pack it up, you're done. RAIDZ2 will protect against failure of two disks, but not three.

If I clone one of the disk are good to new drive the pool will be available again?
If not is possible to recover the data from the good drive?

This! Your pool and data are gone. You can't neglect your pool and let that many disks fail. When one drive even hints that something is wrong you need to replace it then and there.

No? Why do you even ask? You had raidz2 which can only do 2 drive failures.

The upgrade had nothing to do with your disk failures. You just never noticed until you logged in to mess with things.

And Seagate 3TB drives are prone to failure.

Your jnmy hope is to get one of the 3 dead drives to come back.

Time to restore from your backup.

Totally agree Seagate suks I will never buy Segate again. I will try again to put one bad disk hope comes online to backup data. If I clone one of the good disk to new drive can the pool will be online again?
