[HELP] WARNING: The volume ZFS status is UNKNOWN

Hello, i need help using freenas 8.3.1 Release p2 x64
and this get this Error :
- The volume ZFS status is UNKNOWN

[root@database ~]# zpool status
no pools available
[root@database ~]# zpool import
pool: VOLUME1

state: UNAVAIL
status: One or more devices are missing from the system.
action: The pool cannot be imported. Attach the missing

which version freenas? Which hardware are you running?
Did you have an error previously to this? Did you have smart enabled?
Seeing you're running a raidz1, don't do anything until people tell you to do stuff, wait for knowledgeable people to help you.

Well, right now I see 2 disks missing from a pool consisting of a single RAIDZ1 vdev. Since you have protection from single disk failure but have 2 disks offline there is no data unless you can solve *whatever* problem is causing 2 disks to be offline. The cause of the disks being offline could range from bad PSU to bad SATA cable to failed disks. Unfortunately without more data you are basically "screwed".

I'm using freenas 8.3.1 Release p2 x64 as i mentioned above
Smart Enabled
Yes running RAIDZ1
I already check one by one the Harddrive....
So from 3 Harddrive, 2 broken...
And i'm using RaidZ1 so, teh data can not be recover / cant be get .

I'm use 3 hardrive and broken 2 hardrive and using RaidZ1, so the data will be gone as i read RaidZ1 maximum 1 Harddrive can be broken (maximum 1 Harddrive)

Sorry, update broken 1 Harddrive , i check using hd tune health ...
But in freenas GUI (view disk), there only detect 1 Harddrive...
Now i try to change the new drive... Hope come back the data

i want to replace the bad drive with new drive ...

but zpool status is unavaiable

Here the specification detail of the hardware :
Freenas 8.3.1 Release p2 x64
HDD 2TB x 3
using RaidZ1
already 1 year running and now the pool is unavaiable
already check that 1 HDD Broken.
View Disk (GUI Freenas) --> only detect 1 HDD

so this maybe 2 main problem :
1 harddisk broken and pool unavaiable ...

You can't replace any disks until you get at least 2 of your 3 disks working. Without 2 of the 3 you can't access the pool or the data in the pool.

Yes, i not replaced the disk yet.
If i put out the disk and check the disk one by one , only 1 disk are broken
so i know 2 disk are working
but in Freenas GUI , View Disk only detect 1 Harddisk. and no pools avaiable (check using zpool status)
so the main probem i'm Lost the POOL... How i Can get back the Pool ?

the problem is same but my nas without upgrading freenas ...
i install from beginning with 8.3.1 version..
so maybe this bug 8.3.1 version ???

Could be a bad power supply, the ZFS metadata may be corrupted on one of the disks... I'd start by replacing all SATA cables and trying a different (better) power supply.

Well, considering there are no partitions on ada0 as shown by gpart status I'd say ada0 is either blank, you did something to destroy the partitions, or it didn't have partitions. In any case you are in deep water and I don't know how to fix it without going into serious data recovery mode. Sorry but I don't get that involved except with paid support.

Allready change the PSU and all sata cable .. Still not work...

I upgrade to freenas FreeNAS-9.2.1.6-RELEASE-x64
and now the disk detected 2 of 3 ( rather than before upgrade only 1 disk detected) at GUI

I'm sure the upgrade didn't have to do with it being detected now, but let's not tempt fate. Import the pool and copy your data off!
