help with setting permissions for differant users?

I am wanting to use FreeNas as a storage option for my home network. I am wanting there to be two users. one of them been the admin that can do everything and one being the general user that can add things and take things but they cant delete stuff ( I don't trust my brother with all my media). can someone tell me how i would go about doing this.

I'm pretty sure the default permissions would let you do this as long as you ensure the "admin user" owns the files.
