good morning to the community

I have a problem with my server that I don't understand what happened

yesterday I was working perfectly and today I don't want to load the OS

Looks like your boot device has died. Install FreeNAS to a new one (a SSD would be better than another USB stick), upload a saved config file, and you'll be on your way.
