Help to flash SAS9220 to IT mode

Hello

Today, I received my RAID-cards SAS9220-8i.
I read that you need to flacha briefly so that they will work as it should in FreeNAS.
My thought was to run FreeNAS (but not virtual.)
My question is HOW TO THET.

That looks correct to me as long as you don't need to boot from drives attached to that card. If you need to be able to boot you will have to load the boot BIOS.
