Help dialog under System/Certificates/Add mostly quite useless

It seems to be, that all the help text is only a placeholder.

At the moment it is quite useless.
For example, if you click on the help button next to Basic Constraints it does only say:

Activate this certificate extension.

Or next to "Authority Key Identifier" the same message:

Activate this certificate extension.

What is expected is a description what this feature does and why someone might want to use it.
This would be helpful, but not this current text.
