I'm a still a new Linux user. Started in April, 2017. My goal is to be an efficient System Administrator. I'm working full time, being a mom and wife, and trying to earn my BS. I've had some good mentors, use Google a lot, and find communities with documentation I can peruse. I've become the admin on a iX system of which I know very little. We're having issues and I'm not sure if problem is the network, one of the servers attached to the NAS system or the NAS system. So I'm digging in the machine logs and very soon, your forum posts. After I learn the lay of the storage a bit better, I'll be posting questions.

Welcome aboard! We were all n00bs at the beginning, and had to undergo apprenticeships with multiple mentors throughout our careers to get to our current positions, often picking up a few battle scars along the way.
