Please read our forum rules, they are fairly short and clear. They provide you with guidance on asking for help such as specific data we require in order to provide you quick and accurate help. Also do an internet search before asking a question, odds are it was asked already. For example "freenas install usb" or "freenas smart test setup". And read the user manual, twice. It has a lot of great information in it. Even I need to read it periodically becasue it does change.
