HBA cooling problem

I moved my server into a new case and I've realized I can't cool the damn LSI card anymore, because the case has completely different motherboard orientation.
It works, but the chip is probably boiling, so I'm not sure whether to leave it be or look for solutions... The fact there's no temperature monitoring doesn't help.
What do you think?

The way I see it you have two options if you want to actively cool cards in this situation.
Or you mount a small fan on the card or you mount a bigger fan over the slots.

I am using both of those methods in my case as the 10 gigabit nic heats up easily and was restricting airflow to the hba due to them being close together.
I bolted the smaller fan in/on the heatsink of the sas expander as that one is known to heat up as well.

As for lack of temperature monitoring on the cards:. The airflow is adequate if I can touch the heatsink without burning my fingers. Needless to say this method is far from scientific nor is it Darwin proof so don't do this...
