Having a shutdown problem

Ever since I load SMTP, I have been getting shutdown problem. It won't shutdown regardless of how I shutdown. It gets stuck at

(da1:umass-sim1:1:0:0): lost device - 0 outstanding, 1 refs

How did you load SMTP?

What's your "da1:"? (do a "gpart show da1" from the command line)

Thanks for the command. Its my USB for scripts. I run scripts from that location. Didn't have problems until this script. I tried shutdown without the USB and no problem.

Copy the scripts from another location on another HD and tried reformatting and see what happened without the scripts. Well the ZFS format of the USB drive, cause the same problem when shutdown. When I formatted in UFS, no problems with shutdown. I will check to see if the scripts matter when I put them back on.

I'm using Freenas 8.3 alpha r12434.
