Has anyone used SAS or NLSAS drives with freenas?

I think I may have mixed you up somewhere in the thread. Its flashed to LSI2008 HBA firmware. Everything seems to be ok except flashing the SAS address. When I run the command it gives me a strange mouse failed to initialize error. I don't understand why a mouse errors occurs when I am trying to run the command for the sas address. I looked at the card but could not find the address.

I read,

If your SAS Address doesn’t match you can re-apply your original address with the following command:
megaoem -AdpSetSASA 5xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -a0

I can't do that command without getting a mouse init error.

I was able to view the drives in the bios and also do a sector verify which I did on one drive and it checked ok. It takes like 2 hours .
