Hardware suggestions for NAS used for (storge and CCTV)

I am looking for CPU and Motherboard suggestion for the following system:

• Pool of SSD (100 TB) (Raid 6) for the data (used by 1-4 users).
• Pool of 4-HHD for (3-20 cameras) of 4k 60 fps.
  • Will this require a GPU to process the information?
• Preferred hardware specs.
  • intel.
  • DDR5
  • PCIe Revision 5 (6 slot minimum)
