Motherboard: Supermicro X11DPL-i
CPUs: 2 * Intel Xeon Gold 6132 (14c / 28t 2.6GHz)
RAM: 4 * 32Gb 2400MHz ECC RDIMMs (Samsung)
Boot drive: 4Tb Crucial P3 NVMe (nicked from another project of mine, will see how it goes)
Storage: 4 * 16Tb Toshiba N300 NAS drives in RAIDZ2
PSU: Enermax 950W
Case: an old Zalman case nicked from my WFH PC that's now got the jankiest hacked up setup going
I was planning to run Proxmox & TN Core but didn't realise an HBA card was a necessity so instead I'm giving TN Scale a go and am now running Plex and, now that I've copied all my data from a previous NAS, have Home Assistant & Photoprism in the works. I'm using
multi_report.sh for weekly health reports (and, perhaps more importantly, config backups) emailed to me.
