Hullo,
I'm wrapping my head around FreeNAS and its features. I'm using a homebrew hw build on X11ssh-f, xeonv6, 32GB, Fractal 804, five shucked 8TB WD drives with a single RAIDZ2 pool. LAGed Ethernet into a Fortinet Switch.
So far so good - some issues with understanding SMB (and struggling with misbehaving Windows 10 PCs), and the plex plugin likes to crash now and then. I am up and running saving files to the NAS, so that's a success in my book.
