I'm John. I have a Dell 1950III that I need to expand disk space on. I have ESXi 4.1 running on it and I use it as my lab. A fellow I work with suggested I look at FreeNAS so I downloaded and installed it on a USB thumbdrive and set up iSCSI storage off of my daughter's old laptop with broken hinges and missing keys just to see what would happen. It worked well and I am getting ready to put something together that I can do something more permanent. At this point I only have one question, which I am going to post shortly
