Greek characters in filenames

hello all,

i have FreeNAS-8.0.2-RELEASE-amd64 (8288) installed on a vmware esxi box.
i have a problem with other computers using windows XP. They can see in shares greek filenames, but they cannot use the files. they cannot even copy to local disks..

the problem does not exist with windows 7 or macosx clients..

can anyone help me ?

well, i just noticed, that i have to copy from the winxp computer to freenas the files, in order to use them later.
if i copy from a windows 7 or mac, i cannot access them from winxp computers..

this is a solution to my problem, but its strange...
