geli key not work

Hi
I'm first time here . In july 2017 build up a freenas server on amd , everything was fine but server randomly dont want to boot up after power shortages . I decide to change for intel and everything work like as should . Few days a go server stop responding and after hard reset i get freenas with out my settings and as well my disk are not visible. Been trying put my geli.key but get some errors wich now i understand how not much i know about this system . In my files are pictures old as me (42y) and have them only there. That was a perfect solution to store my data .
My question is how step by step recover my drives or how to troubleshoot freenas if something is wrong?

FreeNas is great for storing photos, but with that said, I believe in a second Frrnas for back up. I cut my photos to blueray, place it on a external 4tb drive and even upload it to Amazon, for free with prime membership.

After reading your post a few times, I’m still insecure exactly what you are saying. I recommend that you read the recovery section and run some of the commands listed there and post the results. That will give us more to work with. Right now I don’t know if it is a drive failure, a problem with encryption keys or some other failure. So go look at the troubleshooting guides and post better information. You will be surprised how helpful this forum can be if you give them the right information to work with.

Sorry for my english . I dont really know how to troubleshoot . I'm a noob in freenas. Need step by step how to do that. Please advice.
