Fwohci0: Device physically ejected?

Hi Guys,

I'm having this strange problem that I can't seem to find the answers to.

I'm running 8.0.4 p2 x64 with one Raidz5 of 4 x 2TB

Anyways the problem is when I'm transferring to the NAS via FTP.
I can see multiple messages appearing on the monitor Fwohci0: Device physically ejected? over and over again. it must be hundreds of entries if not thousands.

I don't know how to get rid of it and when creating these messages it seems to be putting unnecessary load on the server.

I have 4GB of DDR2 RAM on a Asus S775 WS Motherboard. 8400GS card and an intel e4600 cpu.

please help, it's starting to drive me nuts.

it first appeared when I unplugged my keyboard and haven't gone away even when I've plugged it back and rebooted. I've even tried resetting back to factory defaults and still nothing.

Fwohci0 is firewire I believe. Is/was something plugged into one of your firewire ports?

hi there, nope I don't even have any firewire devices.

i don't know if it was just a coincidence but when I unplugged the PS/2 Keyboard, this error came up.

i've tried everything but a complete reinstall...that would be my last resort I guess.
