I am having an issue with just the freenas FTP server when a large file is being uploaded to it, It will time out not sure why. The idle timeout is set to 6000 seconds. Any ideas?

What's the output of ifconfig?

What's the FreeNAS build version (from System -> Information)?

Just an update I disabled autotune and it doubled the amount of what was uploaded now I got to around 75% but it still failed. Just wanted to throw it out there in case it made a difference.

If you limit the nic card to a 10/100 port instead of a 10/100/1000 then it works fine.
