FTP Multiple Home Directories

Hello, i'm trying to setup my freenas 9.3 as a FTP server, but i getting problems, creating the account, there is a way to setup multiples home directory per user?, or create a home directory per group and attach users to this group?

Well when i create an user account that user should have right to access to a different folders, how can i setup the permission to each folder
