FTP issue

Hoping to get some help here, as I'm learning as I go here.

Now when I try and config my FTP settings under the control settings. I can not get the red off indicator to turn on. For whatever reason, the service is not turning on. I have no idea why and do not know where to go from here.

If ssh is enabled under Services/FTP and your certificates under Settings/SSL are not setup you will not be able to start the service. I had this same problem on 8.2 Beta2.
