Load Cycle Count might not be a reported attribute on your drive. Not all drives report all attributes.

do you mean I should try to force-reallocate the bad sectors, or I should just leave it and see how it goes? Am I right in thinking those bad sectors will reallocate themselves in time/use?
Pending sectors will only be reallocated by a failed write. Failed reads will leave them pending. Successful reads or writes will take them off the pending list.

I would not attempt to force reallocation, but others would, so it's your decision. If I wanted to force it, I would remove the disk and run destructive badblocks on it, because that would both force reallocation and thoroughly test the disk surface.
