Hi everyone,
I have an existing ubuntu VM I'd like to run in a freenas VM. In the documentation I found the following section:
I'm quite interested by the mentionned back up data to a freshly created VM in FreeNAS however the documentation sadly does not elaborate on this.
My question is how to accomplish this. I have worked a fair bit with ubuntu but I still do not know the ins and outs of the linux filesystem. Is there a particular ubuntu folder I can copy and replace from the existing to the new VM so that all installed packages and settings are used by the new VM?
Thank you in advance for any help on this topic!
