freezing

Hi, I have already installed freenas 9.2.1.5 x86, but when I start to system, it is not booting it says that start dhcp.client then it is freezing. I stuck in there Even freenas menu could not shown up yet. Pls help me about this subject.

Computer has Atom 1.6 cpu
1 gb ram

Please see the manual for system requirements. At a minimum, you'll need 2Gb of RAM for UFS and 8Gb of RAM to use ZFS. UFS will be deprecated in the near future.

a couple times I have used my system with 1gb ram now I increased it and I got the same problem again. This is not a solution. Because when I try to boot it from flash disk black screen come up.

If you have 2Gb in it now, perhaps you could test it with FreeNAS 8.2.0. It's the oldest that I can easily find. Download it from: download.freenas.org

If it won't run on that version, don't even try a newer version.
