I have this thin client:

Processor clock speed: 1 GHz, Processor family: VIA Eden X2, Motherboard chipset: VIA VX900. Total storage capacity: 4 GB, Storage media: Flash. Internal memory: 2 GB, Internal memory type: DDR3-SDRAM. Maximum resolution: 1920 x 1440 pixels. Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
It's ok for freenas?

You may be able to get FreeNAS up and running, but that hardware will not offer much speed. The processor and chipset are worrying, not just the amount of RAM. Also UFS is being removed from FreeNAS after 9.2.1.6 so you will not be able to upgrade.

That thing is ancient and never was particularly good. Good luck getting it to do anything useful with FreeNAS.
