I got a question about the Freenas user, can Freenas able to sync the user account information including the password to the replication server?

I know Freenas is able to export and import the user information via saving the configuration file from system --> general there, it there got another way to do it?

Not directly. If you are running a regular backup of your system configuration to somewhere on your pool, and including that in your replication, that would do it, but FreeNAS itself doesn't sync user or other configuration information to another location.
