Still using 9.2.1.7 and my FreeNAS box has been up for a few months with a Cyberpower UPS. This morning I saw this in the logs:

Feb 9 17:22:33 freenas kernel: ugen0.3: at usbus0 (disconnected)
Feb 9 17:22:33 freenas root: Unknown USB device: vendor 0x0764 product 0x0501 bus uhub1
Feb 9 17:22:33 freenas kernel: ugen0.3: at usbus0
Feb 9 17:22:35 freenas kernel: ugen0.3: at usbus0 (disconnected)
Feb 9 17:22:35 freenas root: Unknown USB device: vendor 0x0764 product 0x0501 bus uhub1
Feb 9 17:22:35 freenas kernel: ugen0.3: at usbus0
Feb 9 17:22:37 freenas root: Unknown USB device: vendor 0x0764 product 0x0501 bus uhub1

I see there are several bugs that were reported about this, but they are marked as fixed.

Were they fixed for the latest 9.2.x or for 9.3?

Hmm, it looks like https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/5512 was fixed for 9.3, but the fix was to not display spurious log messages.
I couldn't tell from the bug discussion whether the cause of these log messages was tracked down to determine that the error really is confined to spurious log messages. I would hate to lose data and not even be warned about it because log messages were ignored.

In my case these messages only appeared after 39 days of uptime (reminds me of the old Windows 95 and 98 bug that cause it to crash after 49.7 days), and only for the extent posted here. They haven't appeared since. I am worried that it may be a different issue.
