Freenas server randomly turns off

My hardware specs are in my signature.
My FreeNas server has been turning off unexpectedly over the last month and I need some guidance on how to debug what's going on. I initially suspected overloading due to Plex but that doesn't seem to be the reason since it turned off even when Plex was not in use.

I'm on the latest available version of the 9.3 release train.

First, I would move to 11.1U4. Second, have you tested your power supply?

Thanks. I will upgrade to 11.1U4 tonight. No, I have not done any test on my PSU. What exactly does that entail ?

Swapping it with a known good one or getting a tester that does load testing.
