FreeNAS box powering off randomly

In the last couple days my FreeNAS desktop has been powering off randomly and without warning. I'm thinking maybe a cooling problem on either my CPU or HDDs but I want to see what else it could be. I am going to check the RAM later with Memtest. I have a 500w PSU so I think I have enough power. I have an AMD FX-4100 CPU so I don't know if I can get a CPU temp but I'd love too before I buy an aftermart cooler. PLEASE HELP!

if it just cut's power then it seems probable that your psu is broken.
